AIHI's multidisciplinary approach is reflected in the diversity of its people. The AIHI network brings together highly skilled professionals from academia, government, development practice and the private sector who ensure that AIHI generates integrated and sustainable project outcomes. AIHI's program of work is underpinned by the principle of integrity as demonstrated through ethical practices, and the broad range of expertise and professionalism ensures that this ethos is reflected in our own governance, financial and administrative systems. The Institute embraces the culture of a learning organisation and it is committed to the professional development and mentoring of central and field-based staff, as well as associated international health practitioners who may be professionally or geographically isolated. AIHI forges cross institutional and cultural partnerships to bring collective strengths that result in a greater impact and effectiveness of health interventions.
