HIV Interventions and Research in North-East India Forum: Recent results from the field
Held in Melbourne on 5 July 2007
This public forum was held at the University of Melbourne on 5 July 2007 to disseminate recent research on HIV vulnerability and prevention, and to share our experience of harm reduction interventions in North-east India. The presentations highlighted the rewards, challenges and obstacles of implementing programs and research in this troubled region. The forum was chaired by Prof Graham Brown, Director of the Nossal Institute for Global Health. The event was well attended by development practitioners, researchers and health practitioners from across Australia.
