Mr Ian Vaughan

Ian Vaughan is a director at AIHI. He is also a Syndicate Chairman at The CEO Circle where he mentors CEOs on business strategy, human relations, and other issues in their organisations.

Ian retired from Ford Motor Company in 2001, after 37 years, including nine years as an executive director on the Board. His final position was senior Vice-President, in charge of Engineering and Design, managing all Australian car design programmes. He was a board member of Australian Red Cross Victoria from 2001 to 2006, where he applied business processes and disciplines to the management of Red Cross affairs, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their community assistance programmes.
