Ms Elizabeth Alexander

Elizabeth Alexander is a director of AIHI and an advisor to Blake Dawson Waldron. She is also a non-executive director who chairs the board of CSL and chairs the Audit Committees of Boral and DB RREEF. As a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (1977 to 2002), she specialised in the area of risk management and corporate governance issues and was responsible for the establishment of these practices within the Australian firm.

Elizabeth is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a life member of CPA Australia and former National President, and a fellow and former National President of the Institute of Directors in Australia. Elizabeth serves on the Council of Melbourne University and chairs the Finance Committee.

She is Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council and a member of the Takeover Panel.
